I just wanted to view your site and introduce myself as a fellow Alex student. I am new to internet marketing and can use all the help I can get. I have added you to my blogroll. Peggy Schoonover
Hi Peggy,
Thanks for stopping by. I added you to my blog roll and I went and had a look at your site. The "call to action" on your opt in form is in default black text.
With the black background of your theme, you can barely make it out. I don't know which plugin you are using, probably "newslettter".
Where you add you widget to the sidebar, click on edit and put this tag infront of your widget teaser and then at the end of the teaser put That will make your text white so evryone will see it.
Feel free to seek me out if you need help with anything.
JT
Hi JT and fellow students,
Love your blog, JT. Great work! Please add me to your blogroll. I'll do the same.
LISTEN, EVERYONE PAY ATTENTION! I have a terrific Christmas present for all of you. Terrific is an understatement. This will most definitely be the greatest Christmas present you will recieve this year! I guarantee it. It’s worth $4,000! Yes, not a typo.
Everyone get over to my blog ASAP at http://www.marklucianoonline.com and read the posts from Dec.16th and Dec.18th. Don’t wait even one second or you will miss this. It isn’t going to be there for long, and I want all of my fellow students to get this NOW!
Tell all of our fellow students about this, but nobody else please. If you wait you’ll be very angry when you see what you missed out on.
Hey my friend JT,
How's it going?
Have you seen the comments about your article in the newsletter? Looks like everyone loved your bit on RSS feeds. It really helped me to. I thought I had RSS setup but until I read your bit I realised I'd not done it properly.
I can't thank you enough JT for your contribution. I'm sure it will all pay dividends for all us students in the end. Have you seen on my site that it has already been sent out to lists of 1000's??? As each issue goes by and it gets established this is only going to get bigger and better.
You'll have to make sure your follow-up article in the next issue lives up to your reputation now, lol Sure it will though.
Thanks, once again JT I'm indebted to you

Hey Joe,
No problem, go ahead and use the screenshot. I'll take all the publicity I can get
Garry,
I think the newsletter was an overall success! I am looking forward to writing an article for the next issue and have also decided to write an ebook.
I only caught the first part of module 4 and the very end of the interactive session. I was at a Christmas party. I am going to listen to it this evening and make a final decision on the topic.
It will definitely involve Web 2.0. I have some big plans for several projects that I wanted to see if your interested in. Look for an email from me early this weekend.
Things are really going to get moving now with everybody striving to get that $1000 prize.
Peggy,
I was just looking through my comments and saw the the little help I gave you isn't showing. I gave you the html code to make your text white.
I typed it exactly like it's supposed to be and it came out white like it should have. Duuhhhh! You can't see it against the white background so I will try something different.
(font color="white)Your text here.(/font) Use this code but change the () to <> in both places. You can make the color what ever you want.
Hello JT,
Fellow Alex student here.
Thanks for the RSS video! It's very interesting but, unfortunately, you lost me about 1/4 of the way through. I know what 'RSS' stands for but it doesn't seem that "simple" to me.
Do you have to go through all that for *every* blog post?
Hey Paul,
Your RSS feed is like a "Readers Digest" version of your blog posts. Once you set up your feed, it will always be there for people to subscribe to.
Every time you make a post, your RSS feed automatically updates. If you clicked on the link in the right hand corner of my blog and subscribed to my feed, all you would have to do is open that bookmark on your browser and you would see all the recent posts that I have made.
This is an easy way to keep up with your favorite blogs. You only have to set it up once.
JT I am not sure by the comment as to exactly what to add to the content. I know it is black and with everything going on in my life right now. I am trying quickly to learn. E-mail be directly and I will add it to the site. Also what pluggins are best to use. Thanks Peggy Schoonover
I sent you an email. If you are still having probs, send me your login info and I will do it for you.
Thanks JT, that helped a lot.
Glad to be of assistance Rob
