I just installed the plugin and it works great. I will be adding people back in slow but sure with the nofollow attribute. If you are using html then simply add rel="nofollow" to all of the links inside the "a" tags. ( I couldn't use the html brackets because it turned the rest of the post into a link) I would love to do an interview.
