I hope your daughter is doing much better. It's always too bad when it takes a big smack in the face to wake us up, but atleast you felt the smack. Sometimes it can take even longer to wake up to how one-tracked we've become.

Looking forward to watching your video's.

Hi J.T.,

I haven't exactly been breaking Alex's golden rule (I didn't expect to get much traffic for the contest, especially because of my holiday schedule). But I can relate to the hospital trip with a 3 year old, I had one of those myself - a bead up his nose! And like you, it also seems that everything that can happen to keep me from getting online happens. I feel bad that I didn't enjoy the holidays as much as I should have because all I was thinking about was everything I wanted to get done online. It's getting better now though!

You have so much helpful information here, I visit almost every day!

Talk to you soon,

Lori

Hey JT,
That is so scary when your child (or mate) is hurt or ill and a trip to the ER is needed. Glad she's okay now and you're able to focus again.

I know how it is, we had our own trip to the ER last week. It really puts attention back on what really matters; your loved ones. It's why we're doing this in the first place, right?

I'll be watching the video because I'm still struggling with the giveaway stuff and how to do that.

Thanks always for the great quality blog.

JT,

Fantastic post mate. (Over in Oz we call everyone mate, so don't worry.)LOL!

You are very knowledgeable and I should come here and "drink from your well" far more often. It is just a time thing ATM.

You know something JT? When the mad rush to get these sites functioning the way we all want is over then there will be plenty of time to do everything.

I sincerely hope your little girl is OK and that she has now learned a valuable lesson with a dog that wasn't a bloody big Doberman or a German Shepherd or an Akita or something really dangerous. For that you (and she) can be thankful. So, there is always as positive even though it was a nasty event. I hope it all turns out OK.

Best wishes,

Gary Simpson

If you haven't already voted for Alex Jeffreys in my poll then please do so. Incredibly (I can't believe this!) 10% of the people have voted that they HATE Alex Jeffreys!

I feel for you! Two small kids here - both of whom think 3am is a GREAT time to get up, so finding time to work my business can be a challenge! But just keep plugging at it - a little every day makes a huge difference.
