Don't Know How To Set Up Your JV Giveaway Gift? I Can Help.
I have seen a lot of my fellow students needing help with the whole JV Giveaway thing. I have built more than a few blogs and websites, so things like setting up a thank you page or a squeeze page are pretty much routine for me.
I do remember how much I struggled with tasks like this in the beginning so I totally understand people having problems with this. Just because you have detailed instructions or even a step by step video, it can still be a daunting undertaking for a newbie. For me, in the beginning, it was mostly very frustrating and time consuming.
I have come up with a solution for those of you who are struggling and want to get started with your list building. Here is what I propose.
I will set up the following for you at no cost.
- a squeeze page for the product that you want to give away.
- a thank you page that will alert your subscribers that they must check their email and confirm.
- a download page that your subscribers will be taken to after they confirm their opt in.
- I will set up your first follow up message in Aweber (must be Aweber)
- a video that will show you how to set all of this up yourself.
- a video that will show you how to take these same pages and make them work for other giveaways, simply by changing the information in a config file.
- I will show you some ways to promote your JV giveaway links at no cost.
This will let you go ahead and get started with your list building while you learn. I will not charge you anything for this but do expect a few things in return. This will make it a win win for all of us.
Here is what I will require from you:
- You must sign up for my JV Giveaway notification list at http://marketersmantras.com/giveaways
- When ever you join a JV giveaway, you will join from that page through my referral links. (you have to join through some one's link, it might as well be mine)
- You have to promise to participate! Please don't waste my time. My time is limited so I will not be able to help everyone. This will be on a first come first serve and I will work down the list as I can.
- If you don't have a product, hosting, auto responder or any of the necessary tools to participate in a JV Giveaway, you will join through my affiliate links.
I hope this sounds fair to you. If it doesn't…tough titty. That is the deal. I get paid around $40 per hour at my regular job and my time off is worth waaaay more than that to me. I am doing this because I remember how hard it was when I first got involved with internet marketing. I also realize that the majority of the visitors to this blog are fellow students of Alex Jeffreys coaching program.
I can knock out these web pages fairly quickly but I will only be able to do a few per day. Depending on how many people sign up for this, I will try and designate an hour or 2 on the weekends where we can talk or chat via Skype if you have any questions.

I wrote out at because those f—-n spammers use software to harvest email addresses and the software looks for the @ symbol. I am going to play this by ear and see how it goes. Man, what a great offer you have just put up. I too don't have any problem putting together webpages such as a squeeze page, download page, thank you page, etc., and linking them all together so I don't need your help, but I do remember what a struggle it was back in the beginning.
If you're struggling with these things I would take JT up on his offer now because I'm sure he won't do it forever.
I read your book "JV Giveaways Unleashed" the other day and for your first ebook I must say I'm impressed. Great job.

That's a really generous offer. I'm going to make my own squeeze pages but I can imagine many will take you up on this.
The idea of a JV notification list is superb, and certainly I'm interested in being a member of that.
Neither of the two products for JVs I'm making are ready yet. I'm still tweaking to get the quality and style right. After all JVs products are like a calling card. Only the best quality really will have an impact.
Take 'The Guru's Dream' it was a product. It could have been sold but did Alex so much more good because he gave it away.
That's going to be my style too, in fact one product, an e-book, will also be available for sale as a printed product.
JT I really HATE it when people come to my blog and totally ignore what's written but type in something like: "Add me to your blogroll so I can then add you to mine."
Insofar as I have a list of people and their sites listed as a page on my site under the heading 'Contributors' you're already there, and I am proud to have you listed.

Just thought I'd poke my head in partner. THAT is an incredible offer from you JT. I know how busy you are and I know that the other three "musketeers" – me, Parkesy and Carl are also flat out like lizards drinking. LOL!
I just spent a considerable part of my day building more pages and switching others, re-writing my squeeze page etc so people can't bypass it without doing the confirmation via Aweber.
Anyway, JT, enough of my troubles, I've sent you a few emails on the JV site. Carl and Garry are battling it out with the scripts etc ATM. Parkesy has just sent Carl an email that looks like a bloody e-book! I'm staying right out of that. But I'm gonna re-write some of the text in the proforma template so it doesn't smack of all the other JV sites out there.
I'm looking forward to getting this show on the road!

I have been watching form afar, but because of your JV knowledge and posts on this blog I too have now embarked on this route and within a week I have been amazed by the results of sign ups after sitting here for so long wandering how to really kick start my list gathering.

@Gary I skimmed through that monster email that Garry wrote and flagged it to look at it in detail when I had some time. Unfortunately I lost all my emails from Feb 24th til last Thursday. That really sucks because I go through my emails and flag them with different color flags based on priority and then go back and read them at my leisure. Well they are all gone now. Other than that I have things back to normal. I am staying up late tonight to finish fixing my JV Giveaway directory. Once that is updated I'm done. Back to the business at hand. I am ready to get our site launched but boy are there a lot of giveaways popping up. I don't even want to here the word Vista's. I still can't believe I let the Dell salesman talk me into using Vistas instead of XP.
@Sean I hope that I was able to help in some way. I can't believe the success that I have had with the Giveaways so far. I added over 200 subscribers with Russell Brunsons giveaway. I would love to see the list that he built with that one! He had some major traffic to that site. My challenge now is to work on building a relationship with my new subsribers. I am pretty good with the tech stuff but I am not a "wordsmith" like Gazza. Still, I will do my best and I think it will be good enough.
