Would have been great to learn from and network with some of those guys, but as you say it wasn't to be and there are plenty of other events to get across to. Very important for us at this stage to keep positive and determined as there will undoubtedly be setbacks and its how we learn from those and move forward that define our success. It is so easy to get discouraged. Set backs and failures are going to occur. It's part of the learning process. You just have to make sure you "fail forward" like Alex says.
