Yes, my promotion for Marketing With Alex 3.0 was a huge success! First thing, I want to congratulate all of Alex's new students! You have taken a big step towards being successful. Having a mentor is going to make a huge difference in your results. That is of course, if you listen to what Alex teaches you and take action on it.
Of course, I wanted to sell as many as possible but I set a goal for myself at 10. I picked this number based on the amount of bonuses that I was going to offer. Actually, I would have offered more bonuses but my bonus included one on one training and I was planning on using my GVO conference room which has a 10 member limit.
I was able to make my goal just barely, with the last sale showing up the next morning after the sales video was taken down. Must have been a delay with the payment processing or something. Anyhow, it was a pleasant surprise. I thought that I had fallen one short of my goal and low and behold my 10th sale had come in while I was sleeping.
Now I am not trying to brag here. I am just really excited because this is one of the most lucrative promotions I have done so far. I am telling you about it because I want to you to see what is possible if you just take action using a proven tactics and strategies.
OK, what tactics and strategies might that be?
I have decided to create a report that goes into detail and lays everything out in a step by step blueprint that anyone can follow. For now, I will give you an outline of the major steps that were involved and then I would like you to give me some feed back as to what steps you would like to learn about the most.
- secure a domain name PRODUCT NAME + BONUS
- keyword research to find relative tags that you will use on your blog posts and video submissions
- set up WordPress blog on domain and optimize with SEO friendly plugins
- make first blog post (the sooner the better)
- create feedburner RSS feed and submit to RSS directories
- claim your blog at Technorati, MyBlogLog, and Blog Catalog
- create a YouTube channel: username =PRODUCT NAME + BONUS
- optimize YouTube channel with your tags and make at least one video announcing your bonus
- submit your video using Traffic Geyser (can use Tube Mogul)
- create a Squidoo lens, and Hub page about the product and link back to your blog
- make as many relative blog posts as you can during prelaunch
- encourage comments on your blog
- embed your videos in your blog posts
- make sure that you book mark all of your blog posts and videos
- Digg, Propeller, and Mixx are the kings for getting you indexed quickly
- create a bonus that compliments the product as much as possible
OK, that looks like a lot of work…and it is! But well worth it.
What you are trying to accomplish is to go after the bonus seekers. You know that if you are ready to buy a high ticket item, there are going to be some serious bonuses out there. People will be going to Google and searching for "product name bonus" or "best bonus for product name".
When they do, you want your blog to be staring them in the face!
Go to Google now and type in Marketing With Alex 3.0 Bonus.
Yes that is me. Not only am I number 1, but I have a double listing. I guarantee that this had a lot to do with me making my 10 sales. This little system works. I am in the process of doing it for 2 more products that are launching this week and next week respectively.
We will see how they work out. The only downside that I see is that I don't have the "perceived authority" that I had when it came to Alex Jeffreys coaching, seeing how I am a former student. It will be more difficult for me to create a relative bonus that will compliment the products. I will give it my best shot and let you know how it works out.
Meanwhile, I would like to hear your thoughts and ideas on the matter. I am going to start writing my step by step blueprint and want to make it about the things that you need help with. Leave me a comment so I can know where to concentrate my efforts to best help everyone.

Thats great, I have just joined Alexs coaching and did do some promoting and managed to earn $498.50 in commissions before I had even started, so I look forward to learning and earning as I go through the course.

That's awesome that you made some cash already! Congrats to you for taking action. That is the biggest problem with most wanna be marketers. They just need to get off their butts and do it.
Here is one that you will here Alex say over and over again. "Don't get it right, just get it going!"

Hi Anna,
Hope you are getting a lot out of Alex's coaching. I know I did. Don't worry about the sales. They will come in time. Once you get your PPP set up and start participating in Giveaways, you'll make some green.
Make sure you upgrade in the Giveaways and submit a good "special offer" I almost always make a little money from these. At least enough to cover the cost of upgrading and sometimes a good bit.
You also want to make sure that you optimize your thank you and download pages with free "unannounced bonuses" that lead to continuity programs. You can make some serious passive income over time using this method.

Great post! Although I have only made a few dollars here and there. Your post educated and encouraged me. I had no idea that you could register a blog. I am a new student in Alex's Marketing with You 3.0 class as well. The information has been top notch so far. I like reading the stories of the previous students and seeing how those who kept working progressed toward greater levels of success over time. I will be checking back again for sure to gain more knowledge, tips and tricks.

If you stick with Alex's coaching and take action, you will make more then just a few dollars here and there. The best stories are yet to come! Those will be the stories about the students in your group that go on to do bigger and better things.
You just might be one of them. It's all up to you. Alex will show you the way and you will get help from your fellow students. The best part of the coaching program will be the friendships you forge with your fellow classmates. They are your future JV partners.

Those are a lot of steps laid out and it looks like it is working for you. A lot of those things I am not familiar with nor know how to do, so there is a learning curve to go through.

Just started with Alex Jeffreys on MWA 3.0. All good for now, trying to keep it on a slow burn so as not to get overwhelmed, it's a lot to take in, especially over 'traffic week'.
Anyway, your overview there is really helpful, and demonstrates a clearly effective strategy. Still on day two, video marketing, I was avoiding trying to watch them all this week, but now I've got an idea of what to expect.

It just goes to show that you are in good hands with Alex. Listen to what he tells you and take action. The students that took action are the ones that are having success.
I feel that I am behind some of my fellow students. People like Jit Uppal, Dean Holland, and Adam Spiel (just to name a few) have done really well for them selves. It's taking me longer because I have limited time to dedicate to my online biz but this is going to be the year I break out.
I will be launching a product before the end of the summer and should double my list in the process. That should be enough to put me in a position to walk away from my job.
The SEO skills I have the team at Portal Feeder to thank. I was a member several years ago for about 6 months and learned a lot of great stuff. I have also invested a lot of time and money studying the subject.
I have actually taken on an "offline" client who wants me to get his companies website on the first page of Google. I am making great head way and looks like I may have quite a few more customers lined up.
I see your into the giveaways. They are a great way to start building your list but once you have several hundred subscribers make sure you start looking for adswap partners. Your list will really take off then.
